Our main aim was to craft a bold and contemporary identity for Crean McCann Property, while keeping a minimal and sharp style.

The company offers bespoke services including Residential and Commercial Sales to satisfy its clients’ needs at every stage of the process, continually improving as new technologies and services emerge.

We created a symbol which represents new beginnings. To illustrate this we used a simple open door graphic that balances well with the typographic of the identity. A simple, modern serif font is used to create a sense of approachability. 

The result is a sophisticated visual identity, oriented towards practical and functional design, with a conversation between a modern, minimalist and contemporary branding, allowing it to be implemented continuously and efficiently in different digital and off-line environments.
